We had great fun making our pizzas that we designed in D&T. We made the whole pizza from scratch, including the base and sauce. They were absolutely scrumptious!

Our new D&T topic is PIZZA! Today we looked at different types of pizza and its packacking. We thought about which audience the pizzas were aimed at. Some were basic pizzas aimed at young people, others were more upmarket and aimed at adults. Some were Italian style and some were American. Some were stonebaked, others were deep pan or thin and crispy. There were lots of varieties of toppings. It was great fun tasting them and describing them. Now we have lots of ideas to help us design our own pizza!
